Walkthrough - Tomb Raider: The Golden Mask
ALASKA - Fools Gold
Level 2.. it begins again...
Start Cave.
This level starts in a Cave where the only way
out is down into the water... Jump in and take a look around... Swim
toward the gate and look up to see a shaft that leeds up ...
Building Area 1
Go out of the water and start shooting at anything that moves... dogs and
goons.(2 goons with shotguns, 1 dog and 1 goon with a stick). Now you can
collect there shotgunsammo (2x). Left to you there is a
small passage where you can find a Large Medipack. Now go
inside the building (left door) that will close behind you.. .. and
quickly run upstairs and go left around the pillar.. here you'll find shotgunammo
(2x) and you'll see 2 masked man with fameguns comming towards you... to
make matters worse ... the is a dog.... Kill them quickly... (note:
make use of the pool ... in case your on fire..) After you have a Small
Medipack. Jump across the pool and pickup the Flares.
Now go back upstairs and pull the switch. A door will open. Now go outside
and go right ..follow the path untill you come to a second switch. Pull it
and a second
door will open. Go inside and find M16ammo. Pull the right block out
off the room into the hall.. and after you return in the room you'll find
the M16gun and M16ammo... Now pull the left block and find
Secret# 1 Gold Coins
Now go back to the door nearby the second Switch,
and enter..Here you'll find a builing with 2 goons inside (1 with a
shotgun and 1 with a stick). Kill them and you'll get Shotgunammo and a
Small Medikit. Pull the switch and a door will open again. (you can see
this one opening. Go outside...
Great Area with Fan
Look around and see an Giant Area Go around the first block and a high
shot will let you know that 2 goons with shotguns are here.. You'll
see a box of shotgunammo to your right. And to your left
a dog and M16ammo on a block and Flares
at the back of the passage. At the end of the giant area you'll find a dog
and M16ammo. Now go back halfway where there is a roof
you can climb up... look out.. a goon with stick will come on the roof and
2 birds will attack you... The goon with stick will give you his shotgunammo.
Go futher over the roof until you find a passage where you have to jump
across the roofs.. Look out.. those shotgungoons
will come now.. a goon with stick will come from the left. Small
medipack and shotgunammo (2x) will
be your reward. Go forwards .. (don't go inside) and find a next goon when
you come to close to the shotgunammo... he will give you
a small medipack. Go where he came from and find a
switch. Pull it and a door next to you will open.... Here you'll find a
dog and Circuit Board. Now go back to the big
entrance and here you'll find a box where you can fit this board in. A
door will open...(light a flare.) go inside and 2 rats will come
towards you.. (don't go in to deep) .. Look out... a Snowmobile with guns
will go and try to kill you... after this you can collect the M16ammo,
Flares, Large
Medipack and CardKey1. You'll here some new rats
and a goon with stick will come running towards you... kill him and
a small medipack will be yours... go outside and kill the next goon on a
Snowmobile with guns.. He will come from behind you.. so look out... After
you have killed him a second Snowmobile with guns will come ... so take
cover on the roof... he will ride in the deep of the great area.. you'll
have to kill him... (you can use the roof to shoot him or face him
with a Snowmobile..). Now go down to the deep until you come to the place
where doors have opend (The place where this 2nd Snowmobile come from).
Enter and follow the path. Somewhere at the end you can spot a Goon with
shotgun behind a window. Start shooting at him... (use the pillar for
cover...) Jump into the water and go out to some dry land. Light a
flare and run down the path... here you'll find some Flares.... From here
start running towards the pool.. jump and grap the wall.. Don't look
back.. a masked man with famegun will try to kill you... so start climming
up that wall... (the white line in the middle is the best route...). Up
there you'll find the dead goon with shotgun and a moveble crate.. move in
it and Grenades are here ... just around the corner some
more Grenades can be found.. Youre next job is to
kill the masked man with famegun. So go stand in the window and start
shooting.... Take a deep dive into the pool and collect the Small
Medipack from him... In the water you can pull the switch and the
great fan will stop now... Swim towards it and follow the path... You'll
find AutomaticPistol-Clips (2x) , surface and turn around
to see a second path.. Shoot the rat and collect the AutomaticPistol
and AutomaticPistol-Clips (2x). The exit door will open
when running towards it.. Jump down and go outside ... Cross the great
area to the door under the big fan.. Use the CardKey1 here for the Yellow
CardKey Lock .. The door will open. Go inside. Here you'll find a second CardKey1
a goon with a stick.will come now.. He will give you a Small Medikit..
Turn around and exit
again... a vision of lenins head will come to you... Go left where you
first came from. Run towards Lenins head and see right a new passage is
here... follow it until you find a switch ... pull it and 3 dogs will come
runnning towards you... Next you'll be on the roof of the building...
(look down and see where you started... ) Here you'll find
Secret# 2 The Gold Bars
Go back towards where you used the 1st card. You'' find a switch and Red
CardKey Lock.(Outside the window you'll see a goon.. Ignore him) Turn
around and a Goon with Shotgun will be in the room behind you... Killing
him wil give you the CardKey2 for the Red
CardKey Lock. When you use the Card flip the switch and the door will
open...
Area with Bridge.
Now that your outside again ... 2 goons with Sticks will come towards you....
(for your own best.. stay on the Right side of the area. don't enter the
building yet).Climb on the right up the small hill so you can access the
brigde with a standing jump.Pickup the Flares and when you run towards the
crates 2 goons with shotguns will come... Pickup the Large Medikit.
A goon with Stick will come now from you right ... he will give you a Small
Medikit. There are several boxes here... The right boxes can be
moved... so run towards the end of the row and start pushing the first box
forward towards the building on the brigde. Quickly jump on the box to
kill those nasty dogs... push the box again (2x). pulling the other
boxes away from the edge will revail UziClips (2x) and Grenades.
There is still a goon with shotgun towards the left of you walking around
down there ... kill him from this great high.. drop down next to the big
tower and pickup the Uzigun and UziClips
(2x). When going towards the builing across the snowy path.. a goon with
stick wan't your blood... a bird is next on stage... Right you'll
see some AutomaticPistol-Clips (2x) you can use... Now
it's time to enter the building ... watch out for a rat and 2 masked man
with fameguns.
Building Area 2
Enter the building from the right and shoot the rat.. take some shots at those
masked man with fameguns unitl the are dead... a second rat is walking
around in the empty room... Light a flare and head towards the other end
of the hall... look out.. Oil drumms will come rolling towards you.. jump
across them killing 2 more rats and go forwards to the left corner.. jump
down and use the CardKey1 in the Yellow CardKey
Lock. The big doors will open now. A door behind you will open a where you
can dive into the water. Go take a swim and find Flares,
Small Medipack and UziClips (2x) exit
the pool here and dive into the next where you'll find Large
Medipack and Grenades. Run towards the door and
kill the last masked man with famegun for today.. Turn around and go
futher inside the building.. you'll hear a goon walking around upstairs...
To youre right you can climb up and kill the Goon with Shotgun.... Here
you'll find M16ammo (2x) Go towards the end and drop
down.. (You'll see a goon on your left. Ignore him..). Go left and enter a
new area..
Area with Bridge
You'll enter a area with a bridge with a glowing skeleton on it... walk towards
the egde (don't go down ....) Jump towards the right next to the pillar.
Do a second jump towards the next block. Look next to the block and see
Secret# 3 The golden Scull. After this
secret you can enter the brigde and face 2 Goons with Sticks. (1 in front
/ 1 from behind). Next is the goon on top of the small hill. When jumping
on the first block you'll be met by 2 birds... when the goon with shotgun
is dead you can take the Small Medipack and the AutomaticPistol-Clips.
Go back to the brigde and do a standing jump towards the wall ... grap it
and go down ... don't let yourself fall but do a backwards jump from the
wall away... Rats (2x)will welcome you on the ground.. After you pickup
the Large Medipack, Rats (3x) will again attack you...
Now you'll have to go downwards...
The Pitt
Downwards it the only root from here... so gilde down and do a jump at the end...
grap the ledge and pull up... do a running jump to the other
side and grab the legde again. Let yourself fall and enter a cave full off
wall paint. Go to wards were the fire burns and find Shotgunammo
(3x). When done looking around the walls find 2 glowing skeletons
and see a path. follow it.This is the place the level ends.......
